We are in charge of the clean up, mitigation, and reconstruction of this (former) pot paradise.
Boca Raton, FL - July 14, 2016
It’s not something we see on the reg and to be blunt with you, we weren’t sure what to expect. We are currently in the middle of a very unique job at a grow house in a nice Orlando neighborhood. What is Baxter Restoration doing at a grow house you ask? We are in charge of the clean up, mitigation, and reconstruction of this (former) pot paradise. After the culprits, Mary-Jane and John Doe, we’re caught green handed borrowing electricity with no intention of paying for it, their plan was quickly dismantled.
When we arrived, there was nothing left but seeds and stems. The air conditioning ducts and electrical lines had been cut up and rerouted - not to mention 50 transformers were left in the house. The walls and ceilings were destroyed and the upstairs floor rotted out. Their landlord surely was thrilled!
How are we saving this house? First, our technicians cleaned everything out - mainly lots of buckets full of soil. They removed the carpets and pads from the floor upstairs and dried everything out. The rerouted air conditioning and electrical lines were returned back to normal and they repaired the damaged ceilings and walls. Check out these before shots, and keep an eye out for pictures of the final product! On that note, we’ll leave you with a nugget of advice from all of us at Baxter Restoration… These sorts of illegal activities could land your grass in jail.
